When you are seated and positioned correctly, place your arm inside and press once to begin.
Sit quietly with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Place your upper arm inside the built-in cuff, rest your forearm on the support, press ON/OFF, and remain still. Follow the supplied instruction manual for complete guidance.
